What counts as an "Interview Session"?
One interview session is counted as one credit, regardless of the length of the interview. Credits are used each time you initiate a new session with a candidate.
Are credits shared?
Yes. All interview session credits are pooled and shared across all users on your plan.
What happens if I go over my user or session limit?
You can add additional users at any time for $30/user. If you run out of sessions, you can easily purchase an "Additional Session Pack" to add more credits to your account instantly.
Do my session credits roll over?
Unused session credits from your main plan subscription expire at the end of your annual billing cycle. Credits purchased from an "Additional Session Pack" roll over until they are used.
